~ Daging Masak Merah Siam Style ~

This is the last day of my 3 day leaves and I will off to work tomorrow. Irfan kindergarten thingy has been settled and this is the 3rd day he's in school. Since the schedule is not so hectic today, I decided to give Jeeze Esmael recipe a try. I am the reason she put up the recipe on her facebook note, so I think I should be the one who first to try.

This is the recipe;

400 - 500 mg meat (tenderloin)
2 pcs garlic (pounded)
1 pcs big onion (slice)
1/2 inch ginger (pounded)
3 tbs chili paste
2 tbs tomato sauce
3 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
Salt & sugar
Cooking oil
Coriander leaves (optional)

1. Slice the meat thinly and fried for few minutes. Put aside.
2. Heat 2 tbs oil, fried garlic, ginger and chili paste.
3. Add tomato sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and slice onion. Cook till the onion sweat.
4. Add 1/2 cup of water if it's too dry.
5. Add meat and cook till the gravy thick.
6. Salt and sugar to taste.
7. Put coriander leaves (optional) and serve with white rice.

Verdict for Jeeze recipe? Yummmmmyyyyyyy!
